Mickey isn't as mean as she looks, really. She's just quiet. An open-minded but reserved high school grad, she's not quite sure where she's headed. The gap year wasn't a choice so much as a lack of one--by the time she got around to applying for school, applications were closed. It's not like she had any idea what to apply for, though, so in a way it worked out.

Mickey loves trees, biking, dirt, small bugs, bass guitar, sleep, stars, and strangers.
Mickey does not like poetry, dogs, heights, deadlines, or large things.
